What Molina Verdict publishes
Molina Verdict is an opinion and commentary publication written by Gabriel D. Molina, its Founder and Editor-in-Chief. "Gabriel D. Molina" is a pen name; the author profile explains why.
Articles are opinion and analysis, and they are labelled as such. They argue a position. They are not news reports, and they are not professional, legal, financial or medical advice.
Independence: personal views
The views on this site are the author's own. He chooses the topics and decides what each piece argues.
Unconfirmed: ownership by Avenmark Media — portfolio includes Casino Capybara (gambling affiliate), CapyFuel, WanderistanSourcing and fact-checking
- The author checks factual claims against sources personally consulted, using primary sources where available and clearly attributed secondary reporting otherwise.
- Primary sources include official documents, legislation, regulator filings, court records, company filings, published datasets, and original statements.
- Sources are linked or named in the article so readers can check them.
- Quotes are taken from a source the author has read or heard. Quotes are attributed to the person who said them.
- Opinion is kept distinct from fact. Where a claim is a judgement or a prediction, the article says so.
How AI is used
Articles on Molina Verdict are written with AI assistance. The process is:
- The author chooses the topic and the position. AI does not decide what is covered or what the article argues.
- AI assists with research, outlining and drafting. It is used to gather leads, organise material and produce draft text.
- The author checks factual claims against sources personally consulted, using primary sources where available and clearly attributed secondary reporting otherwise. An AI tool's output is never treated as a source.
- The author edits the draft and approves every published word. He is accountable for everything published under the byline.
What AI is never used for
- Generating photos or other images that are presented as real.
- Inventing quotes, sources, studies, statistics or people.
- Publishing AI-generated text that the author has not reviewed.
If an article uses an AI-generated illustration, it is labelled as one.

If you believe an article contains a factual error, write to Unconfirmed: corrections email. Include the article URL and, if possible, a source for the correct information.
Errors of fact are corrected promptly. Material corrections are noted on the article with the date of the change, directly below the byline, with the original wording and the correction. Small fixes, such as typos, are made without a note. Disagreement with an opinion is not treated as an error, but readers are welcome to reply by email.
